2024 Season Wrap-Up
Hi Tidal Wave families,
I will start by thanking you for your support and generosity this season. Your willingness to support our coaches and this team is one of the keys to our success. Thank you as well for the thoughtful and generous end of year gift. I had the chance to sit in my camp chair already at Teen Night and look forward to using it in the off season at softball games (where all I do is spectate 😄 )!

🌟 Ben Jacobs broke his own 13-14 Boys 100M Individual Medley record of 1:07.58 with a new time of 1:05.35
🌟 Inez McNichols broke her own 15-18 Girls 100M Individual Medley record of 1:09.32 with a new time of 1:09.25
🌟 Leo Ellis broke the 13-14 Boys 50M Freestyle record of 27.26 held by Ben Jacobs with a new time of 26.52
🌟 Joe Lentini broke the 15-18 Boys 50M Freestyle record of 25.21 held by Javier Talavera from 2019 with a new time of 24.88
🌟 Leo Ellis broke his own 13-14 Boys 50M Backstroke record of 30.76 with a new time of 30.15
🌟 Hazel Hales broke the 13-14 Girls 50M Breaststroke record of 39.14 held by Eleanor Hoeflich Rodgers with a new time of 38.59
🌟 Moira Irvin broke her own 15-18 Girls 50M Breaststroke record of 37.97 with a new time of 36.36
🌟 Ben Jacobs broke his own 13-14 Boys 50M Fly record of 28.88 with a new time of 28.74
🌟 Joe Lentini broke his own 15-18 Boys 50M Fly record of 26.83 with a new time of 26.09
Congratulations also to the swimmers who qualified for Individual All Stars this Saturday at Pinecrest.

I am also attaching the awards program from Saturday night with updated winners from 2024 in red. Also if you weren’t able to attend the banquet on Saturday evening, I will place the box of swimmer certificates, medals, and time drop ducks in the top drawer of the lateral file cabinet by the bathhouse.
